Caught It!

I caught Hank smiling two days ago on camera! It's so great...now i can say, "yes, even though he's only one month old he is smiling..." he was actually smiling at 2 1/2 weeks old, I guess he's just so advanced ;)
This weekend we're venturing to the beach, staying at a family friend's condo at Pacific Beach with Jesse's family. His brother and sister in law, Zach and Melissa, are flying out for the week and will be with us at the condo as well...should be fun! It's raining here today though in "Sunny San Diego" so hopefully the weather will clear up.
Some other quick updates on Hank...he weighed in at 11 lbs. 10 oz. on Monday - we went to a free lactation group that meets weekly at the hospital where you can weigh your baby and make sure they're eating enough and all that. So, he's 3 weeks ahead for where he should be weight-wise...not too bad! Also, he took his first bottle last week. i left him with dad for 2 hours to get my hair done and fed him right before i left. But, i left a bottle out for him just in case he needed it (that was my first time away from him!) and i guess he woke up before i got home really hungry and took a bottle no problem! kind of nice to know if i really need it he'll take one, but i don't plan on using the bottles really at all unless abs. necessary.
